I was contacted last year by a local Kingston consulting firm GCPS, who specialise in safeguarding support to UK and International Organisations. They required a custom designed responsive WordPress website and had a very clear aim – to clearly communicate the different services and sectors they work with.
One of the big advantages of a custom designed WordPress website over a premium WordPress template is that your business message can be communicated much more effectively with a bespoke design.
This website is a clear illustration of this. Their previous templated website was not able to effectively communicate both the different sectors that GCPS works for – International Development / Sports, schools and faith based organisations / Donors and Corporates – and services they offer in the areas of Risk management / Quality improvement and Safeguarding, which means they were not able to target their wide client base.
The new website design communicates this effectively and clearly right from the top of the homepage, while retaining a clean, uncluttered designed. The new colour scheme supports this, with the three main colours remaining consistent across the site.
