WordPress Website Design for Jeannie Di Bon

Jeannie Di Bon is an internationally recognised authority on hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, based in Wimbledon, London. She teaches movement therapy worldwide, created the Zebra Club app for people living with EDS, has written three books, and offers both online and in-person courses. Her business had grown substantially over several years, but her website hadn’t kept pace.

When Jeannie came to me in 2018, she had a WordPress site built by a US company using a premium theme. The site looked acceptable on the surface, but fundamental problems were holding her back. The theme couldn’t be updated without breaking, content management was cumbersome with different page builder blocks for different screen sizes, and the structure couldn’t accommodate her expanding offerings. Most importantly, the site wasn’t accessible or user-friendly for her audience. It needed a clear, predictable navigation and readable design.

I built a fully custom WordPress theme designed specifically for Jeannie’s business and audience. No page builders, no premium theme bloat, just clean code built to last. The site now receives tens of thousands of monthly visits, serves as a central hub for the international hypermobility community, and continues to grow alongside her business. I’ve provided ongoing maintenance and support for eight years, also building a second website for her and helping manage her app’s Webflow site.
